This product is made to order and goes through carefully structured stages: graphic design, prepress preparation, printing, cutting, and final finishing processes.
If full and correct information is provided and no further questions arise, the order proceeds directly to production. If clarifications are needed, we will contact you to confirm the details.
You can also request a free digital proof before printing to double-check your personalization. Please note that this may add a little extra time to the process. If you’d like a proof, simply let us know in the comments when placing your order.

Personalized Products:
Made just for you, personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a production error or the design doesn’t match. Please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll gladly help.
Non-Personalized Products:
Items from our standard selection (such as envelopes, wax seals, and other accessories that we do not produce or modify according to your request) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
