At XOXOKristen, we believe that placing an order should be a true pleasure. That’s why we strive to make the entire process as simple, fast, and convenient as possible for you. Discover how we handle your orders and the stages they go through before reaching your hands.

Complimentary Proof with Every Order (Optional)

If you wish, you can receive a digital proof of your order - regardless of the product type - before printing, so you can review the personalization details. This service is complimentary and offered with every order; however, please note that requesting a proof may extend the production timeline. You can simply mention this preference in the comment box at checkout.

Order Received

Once we receive your order, our team carefully reviews the personalization details to ensure the text aligns perfectly with the design, that all required information has been provided, and that there are no technical inconsistencies that could affect the final result.

Proofing

After receiving your order, we prepare a digital proof and offer unlimited revisions for custom projects such as invitations. Simplified products (like stickers, cards, or business cards) move directly to print once the provided information is correct. If any clarification is needed, we’ll reach out to you for further details.

Graphic Preparation & Printing

Your order is carefully processed by a designer, prepared for print, and then sent to our printers for production.

Finishing Touches

In the final stage of production, your order goes through all necessary finishing processes—such as cutting, folding, foiling, gluing, and other specialized treatments depending on the type of product.

Quality Control

Once the production process is complete, each product undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the specified standards before being carefully prepared for shipment
